I'm just wondering what the general view on the twin board is on air travel during a twin pregnancy. My job means I travel alot by air, but I haven't flown at all during my first trimester and would prefer to keep flying to a minimum until after I give birth in December. It doesn't help that I actually get very nervous on a plane. My OB has told me that it should be ok to fly between weeks 14 and 24 but the peri has advised against it if it causes stress, as does Dr Luke in her book. Then there's the time on your feet, standing in line, carrying luggage etc etc. I'm 5'1\" and was 105 lbs before I got pregnant (now 113lbs) so I worry about the pressure on my cervix and so on. Am I being paranoid or sensible not to want to fly? It cd affect my job but my babies are the priority of course.
Thanks!
