Hi there,
I am thinking about an IVF cycle with Cooper. It would be a low stim cycle so IF we are lucky we would get anywhere from 1 to possibly 3 embryos.
Here's the thing -- I am now 43.4 and just feel old all of a sudden. I was at the hairdresser yesterday, those lights always make me look old but yesterday I just looked all wrinkly and nasty !! I was thinking, \"what am I thinking considering another IVF cycle !! I am past it !! \"
My last IVF at Cooper in Oct (age 42.11) was a disaster. No antagonist so I started to ovulate (duh -- I could have told them that would happen !! never happens if I'm on antagon/cetrotide etc.). Anyway, they did an emergency ER (16+ hrs early). Got 3 eggs from a low stim cycle but all of them were abnormal. DH's sa was also terrible .... the worse ever,
So, wondering about a last attempt .... we are totally strapped for $$$ and I wonder if it's really worth the $$ and emotional investment.
Could really use your poll info to help me decide
Thanks a lot !

Edited to add: Cooper typically do the low stim which is classified as up to 150 iu stims/day.
