My main job as of now is to take care of myself for the babies sake. I sleep, eat, drink as much water as possible and run to the bathroom every 20 minutes. I try to eat very often but it is so hard with the morning sickness. I eat mostly grain, cereal, dark green veggies, whole milk, beans and fruits. I know I need meat but I don't even want to think of meat, what can I substitute meat with?
