Hi ladies,
My son is now 5.5 weeks old and we are exclusively bf'ing. He takes the bottle well, so I am planning on having him take a bottle when I go to the gym (I pump everyday already around 8:30am). Just started back today. Here is my question though: do I need to be concerned about my supply if I am going to be doing vigorous excercise? And if so, is there anything I can do to help keep my supply up besides rest, eating well and fluids? Should I plan on adding in an additional pumping session sometime during the day?
