I am 10 weeks pregnant. Went in Thursday for my scheduled u/s with my OB, and he couldn't find a heartbeat. He looked forever, but still he couldn't find one. I had a u/s just 2 weeks ago with my RE, saw the heartbeat and was released to OB. I haven't had any bleeding or cramping, just some mild lower back pain. I am scheduled for a D & C on Monday. My question is what kinds of testing should I ask for??? Is genetic testing something they do later on? I just want to make sure I ask the right questions and request the right tests to hopefully get some answers. This is my second m/c. The first was a chemical pregnancy. I thought for sure this was my miracle baby. Any info would be greatly appreciated...........thanks!
