hamilaki on "3 failed ICSI - next onto DE?"

Ladies, I really need some help. We have had several failed IUIs and 3 failed ICSI cycles. I am 32 years old and DH is 38. My FSH is 7, amh is above normal range, regular cycles and DH has low motility, low volume and bad morphology. Here are my cycle details:

1st ICSI - 13 eggs, 4 transferred on Day 2 - 4 cell, none to freeze, BFN
2nd ICSI - 11 eggs, fragmented, 3 transferred - 1 8 cell, 2 6 cell on day 3, none to freeze, BFN
3rd ICSI - 13 eggs, 3 transferred on Day 3 - all 6 cell, none to freeze, BFN

Also, anti ovarian antibody has been detected after 2nd cycle and it went negative after taking steroids. But cycle 3 has been same as other cycles. My embryos are slow growers and I suspect if they don't transfer them on day 3, they will not make it to day 5. My RE also hinted on these lines.

I also did immune testing before cycle 3 and the only thing alarming was natural killer cell at 20%. I respond quickly to drugs and have had lap and hysterescopy done which shows everything good.

We cannot afford immune treatments and need to move on in our IF journey. We are considering DE option, my sister being my donor. She is 35 years old and has 2 kids. I would like to know if anyone of you have had such cycles or have anything to add / any suggestions as to why our embryos are such slow growers?

I am even considering DE + surrogate option as that would eliminate any immune issues. Is this thought correct?

thanks.
Reva
