avisaleos on "12 weeks, have psoriasis, any tips?"

Hi,

I'm 12 weeks pregnant. I have mild psoriasis but since I'm BARELY using any topical meds, the psoriasis is really flaring up. Anyone have any advice, recommendations, tips? What did you use? Dermatologist prescribe anything that's safe during pregnancy?

p.s. I'm 38 and will be seeing a high risk Dr. but appt hasn't been scheduled yet through my OB/GYN yet.
