aspasiavasilaki on "Sudden fever? No other symptoms"

DD - 19m, all of a sudden developed a 102 fever. No rash, no cold, nothing. Had vaccine shots 2 weeks ago, and had no reaction to them.

What could be the cause of this fever. Taking her to the ped later, but I am just puzzled.
