KALLIOPI on "CLOGS post weaning!?!? Ugh!"

Its been a week since I nursed last (twins, once a day each only in the a.m.). Today I woke up with a clog! I lifted one of the girls and felt a very familiar painful sore spot in one of my boobs.... I applied moist heat, *painful* massage, and then I pumped. I felt a bit better, but still feel kinda sore and in general my shriveling boobs feel lumpy, especially near the areolas.... Ugh, what should I do, I don't want to pump too much (and I don't think its fair to use them to suck it out). Any advice? Ugh, I thought I would wrap it up nicely sine we had such a rough start to this journey!
