helmut.rieth on "Low level of PAPP A Protein?"

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has been told they have a low level of PAPP A Protein? For our nuchal test the odds of Down's came back at 1:409 so it doesn't sound like it's indicating Down's in our case, but the genetic counselor said low levels of the protein are associated with low birthweight, preterm labor, maternal hypertension. Ours was only in the 2nd percentile... I'm trying not to freak out, but don't know what all this means. Any advice or experience would be greatly appreciated!
