Since I can't join the fit and fabulous thread since I have no energy or motivation to get myself in shape right now, I thought I'd add a new thread.
Before I started IVF 2 years ago, I went on Nutrisystem and lost 17 lbs. Looked better than I had in years. 8 IVF's later, I gained 15 lbs back and just don't care much anymore about how I look. Problem is I feel like doody, always bloated, craving comfort food, and especially alcohol. Seems like I'll need an extreme makeover soon if I continue on this path.
Anyone else having this problem?
