Hi, All, I started my two week wait today, did my transfer yesterday. I've been through this before, and despite my "beautiful" three embryos, got a bfn. I am trying to be extra careful this time, which I really feel is my last go. (Transferred 4 yesterday...)
Any thoughts/ intelligence on yoga in the 2ww? I would love to get back to doing something--I usually do it a few times a week, as well as a spin class or two, and I've cut these both out since stimming. I'm not going to do the spinning but would love to start yoga in a few days, when it's safe.
Any feedback would be great....
Hope you're all doing well and are almost at the end of this...
