I woke uo this am with a sore left breast and chills. I am also very achy like I have the flu. No fever though. Took one tylenol. Does mastitis accompanied with a fever?
Nursing twins with no formula and v small stash.
SHould I call my OB, GP or my pedi (she has twins and is very mom freindly).
