Hi ladies,
what are your thoughts on caffeine and alcohol while BF?
I wanted to be safe and take neither but am drinking a cup of Earl gray tea every day to stay awake. Still surviving without my favorite coffee - cut it long time ago for IVF so I am used to missing it
