Hi
I thought I would see what type of bf schedule a 9m old is following (or leading 
). My twins will be 9m old next week. They nurse at 7am, 9am before nap, 11am before solids, 1pm before nap, 2-3pmish after naps, 4:30pm before solids, sometimes 7pm and 8pm at bedtime.
Although I am letting them nurse on demand I am worried that they are not getting enough. In contrast to my DD (who was bf for 18m) they LOVE their solids. We cannot eat in front of them or they want what we are eating.
One twin stopped nursing for the above schedule while his two top teeth were erupting but now he has resumed normal feedings.
I guess the reason I am posting about this is I am heading back to work when the boys reach 9m. I thought I would pump while at workbut right now I have no freezer stash. With DD, I resumed work at 1y and at that time she nursed in the am and after work and had cow's milk before work. Maybe I should introduce formula? I have never used it and would not know where to start.
Uggg..I am looking forward to going back to work but not at the same time. Sorry a lot going through my head and all I can think about is are the boys getting enough bm now and also when and if I should introduce formula...
Anyone been there done that?
