First Trimester. I am currently 13 weeks with twins and have gained a total of 5 lbs. I'm struggling to put on weight due to nausea and vomiting, which has been ongoing since week 7. My doctor said it was okay, but I am concerned about the health of my babies. Any insight or suggestions you might have?
