WELCOME TO THE 2010 DAIRY-FREE SUPPORT THREAD!!
I looove dairy - so this is a tad hard for me. Anyone else living dairy free and want to commiserate? How long have you been doing it? How is it going? Did you just give up cow dairy or also shhep and goat? Didi you give up beef and lamb as well as dairy? Just curious how everyone is doing it.
Any great eating tips or recipies people want to share?
Also I find it much easier to diet when I can have yogurt and other things in my diet, but I know some of you are dieting with success and without dairy - can you share ideas for meals?
