lir on "bed rest after preventive cerclage?"

HI,
I am currently 12 weeks along. I had IC with my first - emergency cerclage at 20 weeks - and spent the next 15 weeks on strict bed rest/terb etc.
I have my first OB visit at the end of the week - and imagine we will set a date for another cerclage.
Just wondering how long folks stayed in bed/off work for an early cerclage?
