Did anyone see one pg sack at your first ultrsound and then a week or so later see a second one?
Just wondering as today we went for our first scan at 6w2d and saw one healthy heartbeat, but i was almost anticipating seeing more as my betas were high:

Might just be a super strong placenta but I was wondering if one ever becomes two - not meaning identical twins...
