OK, as an IVF newbie I think I now understand why this TTW is so stressful. It's even harder now with IVF because so much more is on the line!
I just got a call from my RE and my HCG level (today is 9dp5dt) is 7, my Estrodial is 344, and my progesterone is 24. The last two are good numbers I guess, but 7 is very low. I read online that anything b/w 7 and 25 is inconclusive so I'm going back on Monday for another test. I'm not very optimistic, though, because 7 is so low, right? Has anyone heard of a pregnancy coming from a level this low?
I should mention that I was bad and did some HPTs yesterday and the day before. They were all increasingly faint BFPs. So I guess I'm stuck with two scenarios -- either the HCG from the trigger shot of 5,000 units was slow in getting out of my system, resulting in false positives, or maybe I'm slowly going in the right direction toward a BFP. Any thoughts on my situation? These sticky ones are the worst -- I just want to know one way or another! Thanks for your help.
