Hi, My name is Rebecca Matthews and I am an embryologist at Oregon Reproductive Medicine in Portland Oregon. Ive been an embryologist for 11 years and also have a PhD in fertility. I would like to use my experience to help others by writing a book about IVF and answering the questions and concerns I commonly hear.
I would like one of the chapters in my book to be personal stories from people who have been through the process. I would love to hear from you regardless of which clinic you went to and what ever the outcome was.
If you have a few moments to answer the following questions I would be greatly appreciative. Feel free to make your answers as detailed or vague as you would like and skip over questions you dont like the look of
All of this will be in the strictest confidence and you name will never be published.
Please email the questionnaires to: mailto:Rebmatthews2002@hotmail.com
Yours gratefully
Rebecca
