Hi, My husband and I just began fertility testing 2 months months ago and were told yesterday that we pretty much have no chance of conceiving naturally due to my husband having 0% normally shaped sperm.
The doctor said "there is hope" with IVF, which we have a consultation for on Monday. He never said anything about ICSI, but after researching it seems that this would be appropriate for our situation. Anyone else have this issue? are our chances good? How long does the entire IVF process take? I am so new to this and pretty much clueless. Whatever info. you can give would be great.
