narayanan on "Trips to the Labor & Delivery Triage?"

I'm almost 36 weeks and have been to the triage now three times. The first two times was to stop PTL at 28 and 32 weeks and it worked, so that was good. But last week I was there with contractions coming every 4 minutes, lasting for a minute or more each & for more than an hour so I thought for sure I was in labor. I'm carrying G/G twins and they've been measuring great weights all along so I was thrilled to have things moving along. But I got to the hospital and the contractions slowed down significantly! My doula thought I'd be back within days delivering them, but no luck. At my OB appt yesterday I was one cenimeter dilated and 50% effaced so things are progressing, but I'm so READY to deliver. Anyone else have multiple trips to triage and waiting anxiously for the real thing so they can meet their babies?
