alexvas on "What's the best place to go?"

Folks,

I've now got 1 failed DE cycle (the fresh plus 3 FET's) under my belt. I cycled at FIRM. Having grieved that failure, I'm ready for Plan B. It was always going to be (liquidate savings, borrow, and then) go to one of the top places.

I'm considering CCRM, SDFC and ORM, simply for the success rates. (I'm not against other clinics though.) I want to get it right this time: I'm sure everyone can understand. If you were first starting out, or in my shoes, where would you go? Would you pay extra to do CGH? Would you do a 1-cycle shared risk plan or a 3-cycle plan? Finally, I'm single and am hoping against hope for a singleton. Should I do eSET (as I did with my first fresh) or give in to x-ferring two this time? I know that answers to some of these questions really depend on one's gut. I've got my gut, but I'm hoping for others' insights and experiences.

Thank you! -alexvas
