I'm 24 weeks tomorrow with a baby girl and baby boy 
and in the past week my hands are swelling and falling asleep!! Dr. says to bad, there's nothing I can do but wait it out.....does anyone have any suggestions? Maybe something they did or are doing to help it out? My blood pressure is on the rise and someone told me that will make you swell also. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
