I had an early anatomy scan at 15 weeks, and found out that my umbilical cord has one artery and one vein (instead of two arteries and one vein). This is called a two vessle cord, or SUA (single umbilical artery). Apart from that, everything else was normal. I did some Googling, and am freaked out by all of the potential complications, although my doctor said not to worry. I have a fetal echocardiogram next week. If anyone has experience with this, I would love to hear from you.
