Sandhya on "My trip to L and D last night- I feel kind of silly"

Hello everyone!
I am 35 weeks and 6 days with twin girls and yesterday at work i went to the bathroom and when i was done i stood up and felt a gush of fluid on my underwear which was clear, i bent over and some more squirted out on the floor making a little puddle- i thought my water broke so i called my husband and one of my employees drove me home. The nurse told me to go to L and D- so we did. The doc does some swabs and a slide for ferning and says everything is neagtive but i have a ton of thin watery cervical fluid and he thinks that was what came out. The did a ultrasound just to be catious and both babies have plenty of fluid and they weigh 6 pounds 7 oz and 6 pounds 11 oz! So I was very happy everything was okay- but at the same time i felt very foolish- at least they didn't tell me i probably peed on the floor!
My c-section is scheduled for next friday because of my marginal previa- no more work just rest and relaxation until than!
I can't wait to meet these girls!
