I had a laparoscopy to remove an ectopic in my right tube about one month ago. One week ago, I had increasing hcg and after my ultra sound, it has been revealed that another ectopic is located in my left tube. 4 weeks apart and another embryo implanted and, again, in a tube.
My Dr.'s are astounded at this prognosis. They say I'm one for the record books. Go me.
I'm going to keep my tubes but I am incredibly fearful that another attempt at this will lead to more problems. I don't have tubal issues because I had a chemical about 4 months ago. I don't have PCOS or endo. My uterine lining looks great and no obstuctions in the uterus. So, how is it possible for two embies, at different stages, to find their way back up into a tube?
Just at a loss. Thanks for any input.
