Hi ladies,

With my twins, it took what seemed to be about a week for my milk to come in and this was with a hospital grade pump as the twins would not latch.

Assuming I have a healthy (will be full term) baby, that will latch, how soon can I expect my milk to come in? Do I need to bring a nursing bra (or more importantly nursing pads) even to the hospital?
