I am returning to work tomorrow (4dp3dt) and typically take 2 flight of stairs to get to the office instead of the elevator.
Is that harmful to implantation? I had heard stairs should be avoided for the first 48 hours after transfer, but wondering if that rule extends throughout the 2ww?
