Ok, so this may be silly, but it is too coincidental for me to think it may not have been a mistake.
Does taking a hot hot shower, and letting the water run on your stomach during the 2WW cause damage or the embryo to not keep growing????????? I will be so ****** at myself it this is the case.
I was having a LOT of bloating, more than my last IVF cycle, and this time has less embryos due to a more controled cycle (yeah), and I had this really heavy, burning, crampy feeling for almost 1.5 days or 2 days and I loved that feeling, it was different and felt like something 
. The VERY next day 6dp3dt, I woke up and my stomach was much flater, no bloating, and that "burning cramping feeling' was GONE... and not 7dp3dt (today) still gone and stomach flat..
Did me taking a hot shower undo all the good that may have been happening?????? In the middle of the shower it dawned on me about the heat and I immediately got out, but I was so bloated that I thought it felt good letting the water hit my stomach and lower abdomen..
arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, wtf was I thinking????????
