A few days ago I noticed that I had a lump under my left armpit. Could anyone tell me, has this happened to them and could it be caused by milk starting to produce? I am currently 18.5 weeks pregnant with twins and was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. Of course as you all know we always think the worst when we see something like this. Thanks
