ettore on "Very tired - any remedies to survive? Help!"

Hi ladies,
I am in my 13th week with twins and am just dead tired. I was tired in the first trim., but this is just so much worse!
Anyone found ways to keep awake and productive at work?
I am yawning and falling asleep all day... dreaming of a shot of a nice strong espresso..
In the first trim. I cooked healthy meals and now i just fall on the sofa when I come home.. How can i get the nutrients I need ?? DH is horrible at cooking but will try training him with what energy I have left.
