My nose is so stuffed up that I can't breathe through it. Thought it was OK to use afrin, which I did, but then I had already used it 3 days and you aren't supposed to use it any longer. So called IVF nurse and she said I wasn't supposed to use afrin (oops!!!), but should use sudafed. I thought sudafed is a huge pregnancy no-no and that it could affect blow flow to uterus, which could affect implantation. Googled and didn't come up with a clear answer. Anyone else?
