My ds (now 2.5 weeks) seems to have some reflux issues, and my ped recommended I go off dairy. It seems to be helping, but now I am at a total loss as to what to eat! I've switched to soy milk, which ds seems to tolerate well, but I'm finding that so much food has dairy in it -- baked goods, even some pastas, etc.
Did anyone else go off dairy? How extreme did you have to be -- did you have to give up bread & other items with dairy in them? Any tips/suggestions/great recipes for a dairy-free diet?
