Al-Ani on "First timer looking for info!!"

Hi there! I am a newbie to this site and am looking for direction and information. I have just went through my 2nd unsucessful IVF at 41 and am very sad. I found this connection to find support and ideas for any improvement. It was amazing this time as they retrieved 27 eggs, 15 mature, and then in the end only 4 made it to the implant stage. They put in all 4 and none stuck, what am I missing??!? Is there any wisdom out there as to helping those little ones stick or anything else that would help? I appreciate anything you might have and look forward to connecting with you!!
