hello, can anyone help me to understand the differences between finding a donor through an agency vs a clinic?

we live in nyc and are both irish, fair skin, blue eyes, bad teeth.

we'd love to have 3 kids so ideally we'll find one donor who can give us enough embys for fresh and fet down the line.

what are the most important criteria to consider?
is it better to go with a younger, unproven donor, or with an older but proven

also, if there's a clinic or agency you liked or didn't like i'd love to hear about that too
