So I am new at DE and will be working with my RE, an donor agency, a donor and Integramed. I assume there are a ton of questions I should be asking but I'm scared I will forget some. Anyone have any good questions I should be asking?
Integramed:
When can I see a copy of the contracts?
What are reasons that I would not get 100% of my money back, other than getting a baby?
What type of control do you think you have over what medical choice my doctors or myself make?
RE:
How do you handle agency donors?
Does the package include assisted hatching?
What costs are not included?
Can I donate unused meds and get a discount?
What type of testing do you have to do on my donor since she has already cycled twice this year?
Is there any testing that I am required to have prior to starting?
Does integramed have any say in how my cycle is run?
Cost of ICSI includes ALL eggs whether there are 10 or 50?
Donor Agency:
If donor flakes or doesnt pass test, do I get my fees back?
When can I see the contract?
I'd appreciate anything you can add.
